Trail Ridge Home Care is a new and natural extension of Trail Ridge Senior Living Community and part of American Baptist Homes of the Midwest (ABHM) a not-for-profit family of senior living communities.
American Baptist Homes of the Midwest has been providing housing and healthcare services to seniors for more than 90 years. Today, American Baptist Homes of the Midwest provides services to more 1300 residents at seven senior living locations throughout the Midwest. Each ABHM community offers an array of senior housing and health care options, from independent and assisted living apartment homes to memory care, rehab and skilled nursing care services.

Trail Ridge Caregivers
Our Caregivers naturally have inherent characteristics that make service to others part of who they are. They understand starting home care services can be a significant change for seniors and families. Our staff members go through a training process and are assessed to make certain we pair seniors with the right Caregivers to meet their home care needs and build a positive and meaningful relationship.
